By placing an order, you represent that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution acquiring products solely for laboratory research and development use, and that you are legally permitted to purchase and receive these products in your jurisdiction.
All products sold on this Site are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any clinical application. No product sold here is a drug, dietary supplement, or cosmetic under any applicable law, and no claims made on this Site have been evaluated by the FDA or any other regulatory body.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received via one of our accepted manual payment methods (Venmo, Cash App, or supported cryptocurrencies). Because these methods require manual confirmation, order status will show as "pending" until payment is verified. We verify payments during our business hours (Monday–Sunday, 8am–6pm EST); orders received outside these hours will be verified as soon as we're back online. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, or inventory unavailability, with a full refund issued for any payment already received.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our facility, though we will assist in filing carrier claims where applicable.
Because our products are laboratory research materials, we cannot accept returns of any product once it has been delivered — this protects the integrity and chain of custody of every compound we sell, and is standard practice across the research chemical industry. All sales are final upon delivery.

You agree not to use any product purchased from this Site for human or animal consumption, resale as a consumable or supplement, or any purpose that violates applicable law. Violation of this section may result in refusal of future service.
Certificates of analysis (COAs) are provided by independent third-party laboratories and reflect the specific batch tested. While we make COAs publicly available for transparency, we do not guarantee that every individual unit shipped is identical to the tested sample, and COAs should not be relied upon as a guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of products purchased on this Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
