What does "research use only" mean?

Every product Half Life Bio sells is intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use by qualified professionals or institutions. Nothing we sell is intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or consumption of any kind, and no claims on this site have been evaluated by the FDA.

How is each batch tested?

Independent third-party laboratories (currently Janoshik Labs and Freedom Diagnostics) run high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and, where applicable, mass spectrometry on every lot before it's listed. The resulting certificate of analysis (COA) is published in our COA library, searchable by lot number.

What does "purity" mean on a certificate of analysis?

Purity reflects the percentage of the sample that HPLC analysis confirms is the intended compound, as opposed to synthesis byproducts or other contaminants. A 99% purity result means 99% of the measured mass matched the target peptide. Read the full guide →

How do I know a vendor's COA is actually legitimate?

How fast do orders ship?

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Standard ground shipping arrives in 4–6 business days; orders over $150 ship free.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Venmo, Cash App, and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin and Ethereum). Because these are manual payment methods, orders are marked pending until payment is confirmed, then move to paid and packed.
