What is GLOW-80?

GLOW-80 is not a single chemical entity — it's a co-formulated research blend combining four separately synthesized peptides into one vial: GHK-Cu, TB-500, BPC-157, and KPV. Each component retains its own identity, CAS number, and body of research literature; they're combined here so researchers studying tissue repair and regeneration pathways can work with all four in a single, consistently dosed preparation rather than sourcing and combining them individually.

What's in the blend

60.60mg

GHK-Cu

A copper-binding tripeptide studied for wound healing, collagen synthesis, and antioxidant activity. Full overview →

8.82mg

TB-500

A synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, studied for its actin-binding properties and role in cell migration and angiogenesis research.

11.51mg

BPC-157

A pentadecapeptide derived from a partial sequence found in gastric juice, studied in preclinical models for tendon, ligament, and gastrointestinal tissue repair.

12.71mg

KPV

A tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH, studied for anti-inflammatory activity via NF-κB pathway signaling, particularly in gut and epithelial tissue research.

Why researchers combine these four

Each peptide in GLOW-80 is studied for a different mechanism within tissue repair research: GHK-Cu for collagen and extracellular matrix signaling, TB-500 for cytoskeletal reorganization and cell motility, BPC-157 for vascular and gastrointestinal repair pathways, and KPV for inflammatory modulation. Combining them lets researchers examine how these pathways interact in a single model system, rather than studying each in isolation.

How we test it

Because GLOW-80 is a blend, each batch is tested for identity (by LC-MS) and net content of all four components individually, alongside an overall HPLC purity result and endotoxin testing. The current batch's certificate of analysis is published in full in our COA library.

Current batch (M8P0S25-9S): Freedom Diagnostics confirmed identity by LC-MS and reported 99.80% purity (HPLC-UV). Net content: GHK-Cu 60.60mg, KPV 12.71mg, BPC-157 11.51mg, and Thymosin Beta-4 8.82mg (the report lists the fourth component as Thymosin Beta-4). Endotoxin testing (LAL assay, USP <85>) passed on both replicates. Full report in the COA library.

Frequently asked

Can I buy BPC-157 or TB-500 on their own instead?

We currently offer these four peptides only as part of the GLOW-80 blend, not as standalone products. Check our product catalog for current availability.

What form does it ship in?

As a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, requiring reconstitution with a sterile diluent — such as bacteriostatic water — before use in laboratory protocols.

Is a COA available for this batch?

Yes. Every lot is independently tested for identity and content across all four components before listing. Full reports are in our COA library.
